ON Semiconductor FPF2283CUCX OVP Power Switch IC
ON Semiconductor FPF2283CUCX OVP Power Switch IC is an ultra-low on-resistance single-channel switch that comes with moisture detection. This power switch IC contains N-MOSFET that operates over an input voltage range of 2.8V to 28V and can support a maximum continuous current of 10A. The FPF2283CUCX IC features programmable Over-Voltage Lockout (OVLO), Short Circuit Protection (SCP), and auto-start. This power switch IC is ideally used in mobile phones, Personal Digital Assistants (PDAs), notebooks, and GPS.
